Luisa brings a wealth of experience in the areas of strategy and execution, organizational transformation and performance.  Recently returning back to the United States after 8 years in South East Asia, Luisa has extensive experience working in the public, private and social sectors to address critical operational and strategic issues.  Her work has ranged from exploring sustainable collaboration in conflict affected areas in Sri Lanka and Nepal to facilitating peace building work in Laos and to strengthening social enterprises and businesses in Cambodia and the United States.  Working with a constantly changing group of stakeholders, she continues to help companies, development agencies, governments and INGOs to become more agile in order to sustainably achieve their goals.

Private Sector experience: Luisa has worked extensively in the private sector with P&L responsibility and has a strong record of success developing and implementing new earned revenue streams and strategic partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies up to $30 million.

Public Sector experience:  Working with the Ministry of Education and Sports, of the Lao PDR government she helped Ministry officials develop new leadership styles that challenged the deeply embedded hierarchy common in the communist régime and to experiment with styles that invited all stakeholders to contribute ideas that helped shape the national educational strategic plan.

Social Sector experience: Luisa has worked on a multi-year process with the UNICEF leadership teams to drive country-wide organizational changes in Indonesia, Cambodia and Laos needed to deliver on a new strategic direction.
