Organizational Development and Process Improvement

Sheri is an organizational coach and consultant. She is passionate about helping people grow and develop, specifically helping leaders and organizations manage change in effective and sustainable ways. She brings a unique blend of project management, lean facilitation/process improvement methods, and organizational development to cultivate organizational effectiveness.

Sheri’s approach to organizational effectiveness comes from what she has learned and experienced in working with people and teams to accomplish organizational goals. Her approach includes:

Sheri recently became certified as an EQ (Emotional Intelligence) Practitioner and Assessor and believes a key to many adaptive challenges is increasing emotional intelligence. Prior to becoming a consultant, Sheri worked as a Project Manager and Lean Facilitator at Group Health Cooperative, where she focused on organizational change initiatives and process and quality initiatives. She obtained her Master’s degree in Organization Systems Renewal from Seattle University.
