Community Engagement & Facilitation

We help communities create inclusive public policy by hosting difficult conversations with divergent viewpoints, centering the voices of those most impacted.

Building Capacity for Transformational Change

The Athena Group helps to create a world where economic prosperity for all is inevitable when social equity and environmental responsibility are local and global priorities.

What We Do

We believe that change begins from inside and manifests itself in organizations and communities.

The Athena Group mission is to awaken leadership potential in everyone, to build healthy organizations that are productive while energizing humans to be their full selves, and to lay the foundation for resilient and inclusive communities.
