What consultants are we looking for? 

Our ideal collaborators are seasoned professionals that understand the complex challenges facing organizations and communities in the Pacific Northwest. The following criteria guide our selection process: 

  • 6+ years working with Washington state and local governments.
  • 6+ years working in project or change management.
  • Expertise featuring a strong focus on equity-focused strategic planning, participatory research, and community engagement.

What experience does our ideal consultant have?

  • Experience with Washington State’s pro-equity, anti-racist initiatives.
  • Recent consulting experience and relevant certifications.
  • Experience in areas such as housing, public health, food systems, education, criminal justice, or environmental and economic justice.

We also value your lived experiences and consider individual career paths when building candidate compensation packages, which means we recognize and celebrate the unique insights that each individual brings.
