Our Team

Faith (she/her) started a consulting firm nearly 25 years ago with the intention to design work around life, instead of life around work. This vision evolved into what is now The Athena Group. Faith excels in facilitation, strategy, participatory engagement, and project management with organizations and communities. She currently spends most of her time focusing on the strategic direction of the company while building and supporting qualified talent. She loves to hang with her daughters and sisters, travel, garden, and tackle NYT crossword puzzles in her free time.
