Gayle is the founder of EVOLVE Life Coaching. EVOLVE Life Coaching helps companies and governmental organizations maximize employee effectiveness through emotional intelligence leadership training and coaching. Gayle is a Seattle native. She graduated from Roosevelt High School, attended the legendary Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, and then transferred to the University of Washington, where she received a BA in Political Science.
