Reid is a systems strategist based in Olympia, WA. A seasoned professional writer and developmental editor, Reid uses language as a tool to elevate individuals from all backgrounds and to ensure underrepresented community members are heard and valued by their peers and organizations. He is committed to ongoing professional development and systems learning and excels in managing complex projects and processes. At The Athena Group, Reid provides insight and clarity to project planning and execution so participants and stakeholders can focus on the important work of building community and coalitions. Reid earned a BA in English Literature and Critical Theory from the Evergreen State College and holds advanced professional certificates in developmental editing and translation from the University of Chicago Graham School and Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem in Budapest, Hungary.
