Tara (she/her) is a committed public employee who is passionate about equity, and uplifting voices of community members into active decision making processes. She is driven to be an agent for positive social change and believes that those who will be impacted by a program or policy should have an active seat at the table from inception to implementation. With a background in public policy, racial equity, human rights and qualitative and quantitative research Tara is excited to be a member of the Athena Group and join their efforts for transformational change.
